Who Creates the Elle James Custom Decor?
Elle James custom decor pieces are designed and created by the owner, Courtney Elle.
What time frame is needed to create custom decor?
Custom Wreaths take approximately 10 business days to create. Large custom holiday decor request can take 15-30 business days. We encourage you to secure your custom order well in advance of expected completion. Keeping in mind shipping, delivery and installment if applicable.
Where are products sourced from?
Whenever possible, Elle James sources product locally in Western New York, specifically in efforts to support small businesses and local artisans. Most of our natural products including different varieties of sage are sourced from small farms and gardens locally and in the western part of the country. We only source from ethical partners that harvest these plants and herbs responsibly, honoring the sacred plants and herbs.
Some of our accessories and home decor have been sourced from small businesses around the world including India and Africa.
