Eucalyptus has been shown to help relieve upper respiratory issues, which is why the plant’s essential oil is often the active ingredient in over-the-counter chest rubs and used with humidifiers. When you hang eucalyptus in the shower, the steam releases the essential oils of the eucalyptus plant, which can aid in clearing nasal congestion and inflammation related to sinus and bronchial infections. Eucalyptus is also known for purification and renewal; new beginnings and cleansing negative, unwanted energy when burned.
Instructions: Place the bundle over or behind the shower head or in the vicinity of your shower head - just not in the flow of water. Your bundle will last up to 3 weeks. Gently wiping off the eucalyptus leaves daily will help to 
extend the life of your bundle. You may also lightly scrunch or roll your eucalyptus leaves to bring out more scent. The hotter the shower the more fragrant your bundle will be. After you’ve enjoyed your bundle, feel free to cut the bindings and use the branches as dried decor in a vase.
